Overseeing each project is owner Harminder Dhanowa, a graduate from B.C.'s first professional builders class in 1989. Harminder has been a long advocate for the building of energy-efficient, well-ventilated homes. An early adopter of innovations such as insulated concrete forms and building efficiency standards such as Energuide (Step 3), R-2000 (Step 4) and newer initiatives such as BUILT GREEN and the B.C. Energy Step Code.
In his career with building dreams, Harminder has earned 7 Care Awards and a B.C. Hydro Power Smart Award for Outstanding Achievement in Energy Conservation.

Meet Jasmine Dhanowa
Specializing in Architectural Design in Victoria, Jasmine developed her passion for architecture attending job sites with her father, Harminder Dhanowa, at an early age. Jasmine’s portfolio includes a combination of small spaces, multi-family, mixed-use, tenant improvement, and commercial projects but now mainly specializes in residential builds.
